David encountered many space aliens in his galactic adventures. Below are images and descriptions of the most prominent. The first alien David met was a phantera. Later he met the haranda and the coralana; all three of which are prominent members of the Naharam Alliance. In the second book, he visits the mel-balahrane, the mel-dijetara, and the mel-hanor, collectively known as the Dark Three. These alien species form the core of the confederation of aliens whose goal is to destroy the Naharam Alliance.

David also encountered many alien animals (non-sentient), ranging from the smarter chelra, like the phantera's ducas, to the less intelligent but dangerous predators: melcats, skatalors, and shadooks.
